I am an award winning Taco-nosiour, best in BC, inviting you to the largest contest for the Best Taco in Mexico City, flavors that you will find in your city in BC.
Also I am catering to the film community and have served producers, cast and crew from all kind of movies and T.V. series' including: A Team, American Pie, X files, Star Wars, Sanctuary, etc.

WHAT I'VE DONE
I am concerned with the rain forest future, hence I am organizing a fleet of tryqueria to pay it forward to reforestation where each and everyone of our community in B.C.
will have the opportunity to partner with our mission.
My work is my passion;
I was a single mother who struggled financially, therefore it is my goal to provide real opportunities and to empower people. Inspired by the idea of building a food truck from scratch, by using second hand materials. I have achieved my goal. The food truck will be operating in Kamloops catering to the local and it
will provide part time position in each community
WHAT I DO
I feel that providing a share - work position in the food truck would help people top up their income a bit more. I am sharing my recipies, skills, time, money and my vision in hopes of providing a way out of the poverty that rules the hearts of our community. With my concept I am carving a new path in the market using my initiative to Pay it Forward to Pachamama.
